Divisibility by 2

The last digit is even (0, 2, 4, 6, or 8). Example - 1294: 4 is even. |
Divisibility by 3
|
Sum the digits. The result must be divisible by 3. Example - 405 → 4 + 0 + 5 = 9 and 636 → 6 + 3 + 6 = 15 which both are clearly divisible by 3. |
